Tanzania is known for its extraordinary wildlife … but it is also a country that struggles with challenges of doing business.

Tanzania ranks at 132 out of 190 countries in the ease of doing business, with the average per capital income at $930 USD/annum. Trading across borders and access to credit are two of the biggest barriers that Tanzanians face.

ICM-USA has joined hands with ICM Tanzania to address some of these challenges. ICM Tanzania seeks to train and equip church leaders both formally and informally, and Discipling Marketplace Leaders will help to reach many of the pastors already trained to begin discipling their members to the purpose of doing business to the glory of God.

We are working on this project right now and we need your help to get it completed. Your support will go toward translation of materials into Swahili, the facilitation of trainings for pastors and church leaders, and the coordination of the business and church networking. Additionally, an investment into the DML loan program will help Tanzanians have access to affordable credit, while paying you 5% per annum on funds invested. For every dollar invested into a developing country’s economy, it is expected to produce $12. We are looking to have $100,000 USD invested into Tanzania, which would translate into. $1,200,000 USD in the economy. That is potentially amazing growth.
