Kenya is known for its beautiful landscapes and climates, as well as exotic wildlife.
As it relates to the ease of doing business, Kenya ranks at 92 out of 190 countries. When DML started working in Kenya in 2013, Kenya ranked at 140, so there have been improvements in the past few years. We thank God for that! But high taxes and an inequitable application of law still creates many difficulties for Kenyans in doing business.
ICM-USA has joined hands with ICM Kenya to do the work of Discipling Marketplace Leaders. DML started in Kenya in 2013, and is now located in five different cities and their environs: Eldoret, Kakamega, Kisumu, Kitale, and Nairobi.
Your support will go toward the facilitation of trainings for pastors and church leaders, and toward the coordination of the business and church networking. Additionally, an investment into the DML loan program will help Kenyans have access to affordable credit, while paying you 5% per annum on funds invested. For every dollar invested into a developing country’s economy, it is expected to produce $12.
